What is the return/refund policy?
All items will be final sale, and no returns/refunds will be available at this time.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason or the item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us right away so we can start working on a solution.
What are the Washing/Care Instructions?
Please spot or hand wash your animal with cool water and/or mild soap if preffered to preserve it in the best condidtion possible.
If a more thorough wash is required, place the item in a linen or garment bag and set the machine to delicate.
**Please note that Gentle stitch & Co is not responsible for any damage resulting from machine wash/dry. **
Are your items safe for children?
As always, if you want to put anything in a crib for an infant or small child, please abide by the AAP Sleep recommendations.
Safetly eyes included on the animals should be monitored for children under the age of 3.**
Each safety eye is secured with tight backing , and glued together for extra security.
How do I pay for my order?
I will send you a confirmation email when you place your order. Depending on the payment method you chose, this email will include your purchase total and additional instructions on how to pay for your animals.
